Hi, I'm Sophia, and I'm passionate about supporting women with exercise during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. As a mother of twin daughters, I understand the challenges women face when returning to exercise after childbirth. That's why I'm here to provide you with the most up-to-date, evidence-based information to help you build healthy and sustainable habits that will benefit you beyond pregnancy.
I believe in empowering women to embrace all that's possible in their lives and bodies, especially during this new chapter in their lives. Pregnancy, labour, and childbirth can be stressful on both your physical and mental health, which is why it's crucial to prioritise self-care during this time.
I'm here to help you strengthen your body with movement throughout your pregnancy, prepare you for birth, and safely rehab and retrain your postpartum body. By working with me, you can prevent or manage issues such as pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, postpartum depression, incontinence, C-section recovery, back pain, and postural issues.

This is a free educational course so you can discover more about your postpartum body and respect the recovery process after birth. Empower yourself with knowledge so you can understand the WHY's and the HOW's when it comes to restoring your core and pelvic floor.
THE MUM BOD REVOLUTION
The ultimate postnatal "safe return" to exercise programme. This 12-week course bridges the gap between postnatal rehab and functional fitness.
I will personally take you through each step week-by-week. Together, we will monitor your progress through video assessments, small group coaching and corrective exercises tailored to you.
We will focus on small yet high-impact habit changes to help you achieve a healthy body and lifestyle while you also care for your newborn.
