Service Description

Bring your baby. Move your body. Rebuild your strength with confidence. This Mum and Baby Exercise class lets you train without needing childcare. Your baby stays with you while you focus on feeling strong again. Each session targets core and pelvic floor recovery first. We retrain deep abdominal muscles, rebuild pelvic floor function, and then layer in safe, progressive strength training. Think squats, hinges, pushing, pulling, and carrying- done properly, with purpose. You learn how to move well again. You understand what your body needs postpartum. You leave feeling worked, supported, and energised. Classes are led by Sophia (The Mum Bod PT), with expert guidance every step of the way. No pressure. No bouncing through pain. Just smart training that respects your postnatal body. Classes run in Chester, Hoole at The Old Chapel. The space is calm, welcoming, and perfect for mums and babies. You don’t need to be “back to normal” to start. You just need to start. Isn’t it time you felt strong again... without leaving your baby behind?

Cancellation Policy

1. Baby Responsibility & Safety Policy You are fully responsible for your baby at all times. • If your baby needs feeding, changing, or comforting, you should pause your workout and attend to them. • You must keep the exercise space safe and clear around your baby. • You must bring a blanket for your baby to lie on. The Mum Bod PT provides a soft exercise mat for babies, but for hygiene reasons your baby must lie on your own blanket placed on top of the mat. The Mum Bod PT does not provide childcare. You take full responsibility for your baby’s wellbeing and safety during the session. 2. Participant Exercise Policy Before joining, you confirm: • You have been medically cleared to return to exercise after birth. • You will inform the instructor of any injuries, pain, or complications. • You will exercise at a level that feels safe for your body. • You understand that postnatal recovery varies, and results are not guaranteed. • You will follow all exercise guidance and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. This class is designed to support your recovery and strength. You agree to take personal responsibility for your participation. 4. Health Waiver & Liability Release By attending this class, you acknowledge: • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. • You are responsible for your own health and physical condition. • The Mum Bod PT is not liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition resulting from participation. • The Mum Bod PT is not responsible for your baby’s care or safety. • You release The Mum Bod PT from any claims relating to you or your baby. 5. Cancellation Policy Classes are booked and paid for in blocks. • You must give at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend a class. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable. • Missed sessions cannot be carried forward or refunded. • If The Mum Bod PT cancels a session, a replacement class will be offered. 6. General Class Conduct • Arrive on time and ready to train. • Wear appropriate supportive clothing. • Keep babies close and secure. • Respect other mums and their space. • Ask for help if you are unsure about any exercise
