Welcome to the REVOLUTION! This is the ultimate postnatal “safe return to exercise” programme for women who want to take control of their bodies after pregnancy. From start to finish, this programme is about you as an individual. We will work together via the online portal in a small group so I can give you my total commitment and attention. By the end of this programme, you will feel confident in your postpartum body and be ready to take on new fitness challenges! -- Over the next 12 weeks, we will: - Assess posture, breathing, diastasis recti and movement. - Bi-weekly assessments via the app and recorded video ​ - Reinforce & create new healthy habits ​ - New weekly recipes to try - Weekly educational lessons via video call or PDF downloads: - Progressive Corrective exercises twice a week. - Progressive strength training workouts twice a week. - Weekly video call. - Daily support via the app, WhatsApp or email. -- I ask for your commitment and honesty throughout this course. Communication is critical, and I want to help you as much as possible. For this programme, you will need to invest in some exercise equipment, such as dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands.
