The Mum Bod Revolution is a passion project that started from my own curiosity after pregnancy:
“WHAT ON EARTH HAS HAPPENED TO MY BODY?!”
... I thought this every day throughout pregnancy and after my c-section birth. So, I made it my mission to educate, question and practice different techniques to retrain myself (and others) during the postpartum period. My goal was to come back stronger than ever, and to help others too!
You are deserving of self-care. Period. No matter the circumstances. No questions asked.
If that’s not reason enough for you to take care of yourself, also remember that every role you take on in life will be easier if you first care for yourself. You will be stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. Just like they tell you on aeroplanes, put on your own oxygen mask first. Taking care of yourself first isn’t selfish, it’s best for you—and your loved ones will also benefit. What’s more, as a mother, you are a role model to your children. You can help them understand that they are worthy of self-care, too. To do so, you must walk the walk.
But, remember these things take time.
I look forward to working with you!
