I was a little confused by all the ‘breathing technique’ advice after I had given birth because I wasn’t quite sure WHY it was such a big deal! I was doing pelvic floor "Kegel" squeezes and trying to coordinate my breath, but I still felt like a deflated balloon. It wasn’t until a few months on I learned how the “core” actually works. ⠀⁣
